About Hidden Leash

Hidden Leash is an independently operated research directory maintained by Joe, focused on Tampa Bay owners exploring alternatives to group dog care. Joe is the editorial contact at the corrections address below. We summarize published provider policies; we have not inspected facilities or confirmed individual suitability. This is a starting point for a conversation, not a booking service or veterinary advice.

Examples were selected for relevant published care information and geographic variety. This is not exhaustive coverage or a quality ranking. Entries appear alphabetically. No provider paid for inclusion, and no paid placements or affiliate links are currently used.

The finder runs in your browser without analytics scripts, accounts, lead forms or saved care profiles. We do not receive your filter or comparison choices. Hosting providers may process access logs and set security cookies; email providers process messages under their own policies. A corrections email shares your email address and message with our mailbox providers; omit personal medical or care details.

How evidence becomes a filter

Yes means the reviewed page explicitly describes the feature; it remains subject to provider confirmation for your dog. Conditional means qualifications apply. No means an explicit exclusion. Unknown means the page does not establish it. Filters use only explicit yes evidence before the listed next-review date. Overdue records and examples with unresolved operating status remain readable but no longer satisfy feature filters. An in-home service may cover an area without a facility there.

City filters use listed location or published service areas; they do not verify travel distance or an exact service address. Rates keep their original units and conditions; we do not rank by price.
